Returns Governed by Quotation: Return eligibility, return timelines, and restocking fees are not fixed site-wide; they are governed strictly by the specific terms stated on each formal Quotation or sales contract.
Strict Supplier Status & Liability Cap: Lacica acts solely as a material vendor, carrying zero legal or financial liability for installation errors, contractor downtime, substrate failure, or project delay penalties. Maximum cumulative liability is strictly capped at the purchase price paid for the specific item.
