Welcome to Lacica Porcelain (“Lacica,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, digital catalog, product sample services, and any transactions or purchases made online or via formal quotation. By accessing our site, requesting quotes, or purchasing materials, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our platform and services.
Delivery Terms (UAE-Wide): Lacica provides delivery services across all seven (7) Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah). Standard service is strictly curbside drop-off only. Customers and contractors are solely responsible for offloading goods from the vehicle, ensuring unobstructed heavy-vehicle site access, and securing all necessary building, community, or developer gate passes prior to delivery.
Inspection Window: All materials must be thoroughly inspected upon arrival. Any transit damage or missing items must be clearly noted on the physical delivery note before the carrier departs. Formal claims accompanied by clear photographic proof of the damaged packaging and materials must be submitted to our customer service team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Claims submitted outside this 48-hour window will not be entertained.
Fixing Constitutes Acceptance: Inspection of all surfaces, tiles, and slabs is mandatory prior to cutting, adhering, or setting. Once products are cut, adhered, or installed, such action constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the materials. Lacica accepts zero liability for shade mismatches, visual defects, or sizing variations once installation has commenced.
Returns & Restocking Policy: All terms, conditions, timelines, and applicable fees regarding returns and restocking will be explicitly specified on your official Quotation or commercial order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Goods: Under no circumstances can the following items be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
Clearance, sale, and end-of-batch items.
Bespoke, customized, or custom-cut architectural stone and slabs.
Opened or used sanitary ware and vanity products.
Opened, unsealed, or partially used bags and containers of adhesives, chemicals, grouts, or primers.
Wholesale & B2B Orders: Custom commercial projects, bulk volume discounts, and contractor trade quotations are governed by their respective formal Purchase Orders (POs) and executed quotation agreements, which take precedence in the event of any specific operational conflict.
Data Protection & Privacy: We collect, process, and safeguard your personal and commercial information (including contact details, delivery addresses, and billing records) in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding Personal Data Protection (PDPL).
Payment Security: All digital card transactions are executed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. Lacica does not store or process sensitive credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or bank security credentials directly on its servers.
Transactional Communication: By placing an order, registering an account, or submitting an inquiry, you consent to receive order confirmations, dispatch tracking, and delivery notifications via email, phone, or WhatsApp
Material Supplier Status: Lacica Porcelain operates strictly as a material supplier. We do not provide wet-trade installation, architectural surveying, or structural engineering services.
Scope of Liability: Lacica assumes zero liability for:
Contractor installation errors, improper adhesive or grout application, or deficient on-site workmanship.
Construction delays, contractor downtime, labor rescheduling fees, or project liquidated damages.
Substrate movement, structural settlement, or site preparation failures.
Monetary Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to our products or platform shall not exceed the actual purchase amount paid by the customer for the specific item or invoice giving rise to the claim. Lacica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lacica Porcelain, its owners, directors, officers, employees, and authorized agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal and attorney fees) arising out of or related to:
Your breach or violation of any provision outlined in these Terms of Use.
The improper handling, storage, unauthorized modification, or installation of materials supplied by Lacica.
Any dispute arising between you and third-party contractors, project clients, building management entities, or site personnel.
These Terms of Use, along with all website transactions, trade quotations, and platform activities, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the local laws of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your relationship with Lacica shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
